My only visit there was ...I have yet been to Tegus. My only visit there was decending into the airport (wow scary, btw) and taking off again. Didn't even get off the plane. However, the letter seemed to be incredibly well thought out and intelligent. I was able to envision a wonderful little colonial downtown area of the city. I will probably be disappointed when I go.
